Application Effect of Cluster Nursing Intervention in High-risk Patients with PICC-related Thrombosis of Lung Cancer
This paperanalyse the effect of cluster nursing intervention in high-risk patients with PICC-related thrombosis of lung cancer. Group processing is carried out by random number method. Conventional nursing was adopted in the routine group, while cluster nursing was adopted in the experimental group. The incidence of venous thrombosis, quality of life, incidence of adverse events, C-reactive protein and endotoxin levels were summarized and compared between the two groups. The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group, and the data were quite different. The comparison results met the statistical significance standard (P < 0.05). Before nursing intervention, there was no significant difference in quality of life indicators between the two groups, and the comparison results were meaningless (P > 0.05); after nursing intervention, the quality of life indicators and complications rates of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the conventional group, and the data were quite different, and the results of comparison between the two groups were significant (P < 0.05); The levels of C-reactive protein and endotoxin in the prognosis experimental group were significantly higher than those in the routine group, and the data were significantly different. The results of comparison between groups were significant (P < 0.05). Cluster nursing intervention in high-risk patients with PICC-related thrombosis of lung cancer has a prominent effect. It can effectively improve the quality of nursing service, reduce the risk of complications and improve the prognosis quality of life of patients. It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
