Abstract

This paperexplores the effect of Rivaroxaban combined with effective nursing intervention on the prevention of deep venous thromboembolism. 80 patients were selected as cases for comparative study. The grouping method was mainly random number method. The routine group was given low molecular weight heparin treatment and routine ward management after operation. The experimental group was given rivaroxaban treatment and effective nursing intervention. The two groups of patients were summarized and compared. Deep venous thromboembolism and other related indicators. There were 5 cases of deep venous thromboembolism in the routine group (12.5%) and only 1 case of deep venous thromboembolism in the experimental group (2.5%). The difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05). The data of coagulation function, platelet count and total blood loss before and after operation in the two groups were significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). The wound drainage volume in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group, and the data difference between the two groups was prominent (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications of ecchymosis, hematoma, infection and secondary bleeding in the experimental group was 10.0%, while that in the conventional group was 10.0%. 27.5%, the experimental group was significantly lower than the conventional group, the difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05). Rivaroxaban treatment combined with effective nursing intervention can effectively prevent the occurrence of deep venous thromboembolism, but also reduce the occurrence of other complications, with high safety.
