Abstract

This paperanalyse the application of collaborative nursing model in functional exercise of patients after total knee arthroplasty. Patients in the observation group received routine nursing and orthopaedic routine nursing plus cooperative nursing. In the control group, the proportion of moderate pain and severe pain is relatively high, while in the observation group, the proportion of mild pain and moderate pain is relatively high. The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group reaches 98.5%, which is much higher than that of patients in the control group (86.2%). The nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group is higher than that of patients in control group. The effective rate of rehabilitation of patients in observation group is 90.8%, while that of patients in control group is only 81.5%. It is lower than that of patients in observation group. The rehabilitation effect of patients in observation group is better than that of patients in control group. The knee joint activity of the control group was higher than that of the control group at the same time point. The daily living ability of the control group in the third month after operation was weaker than that of the observation group in the third month. The proportion of the patients in the control group was smaller than that of the observation group whether they were completely or partially compliant. Collaborative nursing mode has a good effect on pain control of patients after total knee arthroplasty. It can effectively alleviate the pain of patients, improve the recovery efficiency and postoperative satisfaction of patients, and it can also improve the rehabilitation exercise initiative of patients after total knee arthroplasty.
