Clinical Study of Shuxuetong Injection on Acute Myocardial Ischemia after Myocardial Infarction

Abstract

To study the effects of Shuxuetong Injection on the degree of nerve injury, lipid metabolism and coagulation function in patients with acute myocardial infarction after myocardial ischemia. The patients with myocardial infarction were selected for retrospective analysis. They were divided into control group receiving routine treatment and Shuxuetong group receiving Shuxuetong injection treatment. After 2 and 4 months of treatment, serum was collected to determine the neurological damage molecule, lipid metabolism index and coagulation function. After 2 months of treatment, the serum levels of neuron specific enolase, S100 calcium binding protein B, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, oxidized low density lipoprotein, thromboxane B2, fibrinogen and D-dimer in Shuxuetong patients were significantly lower than those in the control group. The contents of high density lipoprotein and 6-ketoprostaglandin F1alpha were significantly higher than those of the control group. After 3 months of treatment, the serum levels of neuron specific enolase, S100 calcium binding protein B, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, oxidized low density lipoprotein, thromboxane B2, fibrinogen and D-dimer in Shuxuetong patients were significantly lower than those in the control group. The contents of high density lipoprotein and 6-ketoprostaglandin F1alpha were significantly higher than those of the control group. Shuxuetong injection can alleviate the neurological impairment and improve blood lipid metabolism and coagulation function in patients with myocardial ischemia after myocardial infarction. It is an effective drug for treating myocardial infarction.
