Application Analysis of Cluster Nursing in the Rescue of Acute Myocardial Infarction
Acute myocardial infarction is a common clinical cardiovascular emergency, with high morbidity and mortality, which seriously endangers the quality of life of patients. This article discusses the clinical effects of cluster therapy in emergency treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Ninety patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. Among them, the control group carried out a routine emergency care program, and the observation group performed a clustering care program. The incidence of complications, treatment outcomes, and patient satisfaction were compared between the 2 groups. The results showed that the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (x2=11.271, P=0.001). The pain relief time, infarct recanalization rate, hospitalization time and survival rate were better than the control group. The patients were satisfied with the emergency care. Degree is higher than the control group. Conclusion: In the emergency treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction, clustering nursing can reduce the incidence of complications, improve the treatment effect and patient satisfaction.
