This article explores the pharmacological effects and clinical care of secnidazole on trichomonas vaginitis. The in vitro anti-trichomonas effect of secnidazole and its prodrugs were observed by MTT assay and counting method using tetramethylazozolium salt microenzyme reaction. The results showed that during the culture period of 6h-24h, secnidazole (0.15-40.0μg/mL), secnidazole succinate monoester (10-1280μg/mL) and secnidazole monosodium succinate (40-1280μg/mL) concentration- and time-dependent inhibition of trichomoniasis; dexamethasone succinate monoester and its sodium salt in the middle and high dose groups of trichomoniasis negative rate and secnidazole There was no significant difference between the groups (P>0.01).In addition, in the clinical treatment of trichomonas vaginitis, the nursing staff should carry out targeted nursing intervention according to the different psychological state of the patient to help the patient correctly understand the trichomonas vaginitis and establish an optimistic attitude to overcome this. disease. In short, nursing intervention has good clinical value for patients with trichomonas vaginitis, which can effectively improve the nursing effect and quality of life.
