As a synthetic new opioid, oxycodone has the characteristics of rapid onset, high bioavailability and less adverse This article discusses the clinical effects of Astragalus Injection in the treatment of hemiplegia due to ischemic stroke and its effect on blood lipids and bone mineral density. The control group received acupuncture treatment on the basis of conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with Huangqi injection on the basis of the control group. The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and the Daily Living Capacity Scale (ADL) were used to evaluate clinical outcomes and measure blood lipid levels and bone mineral density. The results showed that after treatment, compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was improved; the NIHSS score was significantly decreased, the ADL score was significantly increased; the total cholesterol, triglyceride, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were significantly decreased (P<0.05). There was no change in high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (P>0.05); bone mineral density in the Ward region of the hemiplegic side forearm, hemiplegia, and hemiplegia. Conclusion: Astragalus injection can improve clinical efficacy, reduce neurological deficits, improve patients' daily living ability, improve blood lipids and increase bone density in hemiplegia.
