Clinical Value of Multi-slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Angioleiomyoma of Fatty Kidney
This paper explores the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of renal angioleiomyoma.100 patients with suspected fatty glomerular leiomyoma who were admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled in the study. All patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT and pathological specimen biopsy. The correct case detection rate and sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were compared between the two groups, as well as positive predictive values, negative predictive values and correct indices. After two sets of detection methods, the accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT detection was higher than that of pathological tissue biopsy, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the sensitivity, accuracy and specificity of multi-slice spiral CT detection The positive predictive value, negative predictive value and normal index were higher than the pathological specimen biopsy method, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Multi-slice spiral CT scan is used in patients with oligorenal vascular leiomyoma, which has high diagnostic sensitivity and high correct rate, and provides high diagnostic value for patients with later treatment.
