Abstract

This paper summarizes the regulatory effect and mechanism of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction on the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic rats. The rats were divided into groups a, B, C, D and E by random number method. Group A did not take any intervention measures, group B took metformin intervention, 0.2g/kg each time, group C took low-dose Zhibai Dihuang Decoction, 3G / kg, group D took medium dose Zhibai Dihuang Decoction, 6G / kg, group E took high-dose Zhibai Dihuang Decoction, 12g / kg, 30 days in a row. The changes of glucose metabolism disorder and lipid metabolism disorder in the two groups were summarized. The blood glucose value of group A was more serious than that of other groups. The data of group C, D and E was superior to that of group A and B, and the data advantage of group E was the most prominent. The data difference was applicable to the statistical standard (P < 0.05). Compared with other groups, the disorder of lipid metabolism in group A was more serious, and the lipid metabolism in group C, D and E had significant data advantage compared with group A and B, and the data advantage in Group E was the most prominent, the data difference was applicable to the statistical standard (P < 0.05). Zhibai Dihuang decoction has a prominent regulatory effect on the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic rats, which can significantly improve the pancreatic cells of patients. The mechanism of action is directly related to insulin sensitivity and insulin resistance, which is worth further promotion and research.
