Clinical Effect of Meticulous Nursing Combined with Metformin on the Elderly Patients with Severe Diabetic Foot Wound
The mechanism of metformin is different from other types of oral anti glycemic drugs. It can reduce the production of liver sugar, reduce the absorption of sugar in the intestine, and improve the sensitivity of insulin by increasing the intake and utilization of peripheral sugar. This paper analyses effect of meticulous nursing in the elderly patients with severe diabetic foot wound. According to the patient's nursing plan, they were divided into observation group (fine nursing plan) and control group (routine nursing plan), 45 cases in each group, to compare the nursing effect of the two groups. The data of 2hPG, HbA1c and FBG in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The results showed that there was no significant difference in the scores of depression and anxiety between the two groups before and after nursing (P > 0.05). The results showed that 95.56% of the patients in the observation group were better than 75.56% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The application effect of meticulous nursing in the elderly patients with severe diabetic foot wound is higher, which can effectively reduce the blood glucose level and improve the patients' bad psychological state, so as to effectively improve the patients' nursing satisfaction.
