Abstract

This paper explores the clinical value of high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of primary liver cancer. Compared with the control group (82.67%), the total effective rate of the observation group (94.67%) was higher (P < 0.05); compared with the control group (18.67%), the complication rate of the observation group (6.67%) was lower (P < 0.05); compared with the control group, the VAS pain score of the observation group (4.22 ± 1.18) was lower (P < 0.05); at the same time, after the treatment, the observation group's mental health, energy, general situation, body The scores of body function, physiological function, social function, emotional function and physiological function were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After the treatment of primary liver cancer patients with high-intensity focused ultrasound, it can not only improve the treatment effect and reduce the incidence of complications, but also promote the degree of cancer pain to reduce significantly, and make the quality of life of patients significantly improved.
