Abstract

This paper explores the clinical value of transurethral resection of prostate combined with endocrine castration
in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer. Compared with the control group (42.67%), the tumor control rate
of the observation group (65.33%) was higher (P < 0.05); compared with the control group (18.67%), the
incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group (6.67%) was lower (P < 0.05); after treatment, the
quality of life score and international prostate symptom score of the observation group were better than those of
the control group (P < 0.05); at the same time, after treatment, the decrease of blood PSA and the maximum
urine in the observation group The flow rate was also better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). In the
treatment of advanced prostate cancer patients, transurethral resection of prostate combined with
endocrinotherapy can achieve more significant therapeutic effect, can effectively improve the tumor control rate,
and there is a lower incidence of adverse reactions, which has a higher safety, but also can significantly improve
the prognosis and quality of life of patients, its clinical value is more significant.
