Effect of Blood Purification Mode on Blood Pressure Variability in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Abstract

This paper analyzes the effect of blood purification mode on blood pressure variability in maintenance
hemodialysis patients.60 patients who were treated with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital were selected
as the study objects. 25 patients who were treated with conventional hemodialysis were included in the control
group, and 35 patients who were treated with combined hemodialysis were included in the control group. The
differences of blood pressure variability, laboratory indexes and antihypertensive drug use between the two
groups were compared. There was no significant difference in the expression levels of hemoglobin, plasma
albumin, triglyceride, cholesterol, serum calcium, serum phosphorus and parathyroid hormone between the two
groups (P>0.05). There was no difference in the types and application rates of antihypertensive drugs between
the two groups. The difference was significant (P>0.05). The SBP-SD, SBP-CV, DBP-SD and DBP-CV in the
observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The average value of SBP
and DBP in the observation group was significantly higher during dialysis. Compared with the control group,
SBP-SD, SBP-CV, DBP-SD and DBP-CV were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The
application value of blood purification mode in the clinical treatment of maintenance hemodialysis patients is
great, and it has little influence on the variability of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, reduces the risk of
cardiovascular events, and improves the prognosis of patients significantly, so it can be considered for clinical
application.
