Medical Application Value of Diffusion-weighted MR Imaging in Abdominal Cancer
This paper explores the value of diffusion-weighted MR imaging in the diagnosis of abdominal cancer.82 patients with abdominal cancer admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (MR diffusion imaging diagnosis) and the control group (general diffusion imaging diagnosis). The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group (85.37%) was higher than that of the control group (63.41%), (P < 0.05); compared with the apparent diffusion coefficient of the normal lymph nodes, the apparent diffusion coefficient of the tumor focus was significantly different (P < 0.05); in the apparent diffusion coefficient, the difference between the benign tumor and the malignant tumor was significant (P < 0.05); at the same time, after the chemotherapy treatment of the malignant tumor, compared with the treatment. There was a certain difference between the apparent diffusion coefficient and the former (P < 0.05). The application of diffusion-weighted MR imaging in the diagnosis of abdominal malignant tumors can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis and improve its reliability and safety. Early treatment of patients in a timely and effective manner can effectively improve the effect of disease treatment and improve the prognosis of patients.
