Abstract

This paper discuss the etiology, clinical features and prognosis of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis. From January 2012 to June 2019, 83 cases of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis were studied and analyzed. Record the patient's sex, age, etiology, form of onset, clinical symptoms, signs, location of thrombus, complications and so on. The risk factors of 83 patients with intracranial venous sinus thrombosis were analyzed retrospectively. According to the symptoms of patients to provide appropriate treatment. To summarize the etiology, clinical features and prognosis of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis in all patients. Univariate analysis showed that motor, sensory disturbance, straight sinus thrombosis, pre-treatment intracranial pressure > 350 mmH20, hemorrhagic stroke were the direct risk factors. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that pre-treatment intracranial pressure > 350 mmH20, hemorrhagic stroke were independent risk factors; 83 patients had symptoms after systematic treatment. There was a marked improvement. All patients were followed up successfully for 12 to 46 months. Among 83 patients, 32 were markedly effective, 48 were effective and 3 were ineffective. In view of the patients with intracranial venous sinus thrombosis, we need to make a good diagnosis in clinic, because the manifestations of the disease are diverse, we need to make a good judgment according to the symptoms of the disease and the results of imaging examination, and provide timely anticoagulation and anti-thrombolysis treatment, so as to improve the comprehensive benefits of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
