Clinical Efficacy and Nursing Measures of Capecitabine combined with Oxaliplatin in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer
This paper explores the clinical efficacy and nursing scheme of capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. The routine group was treated with capecitabine on the basis of routine treatment. The experimental group was treated with oxaliplatin on the basis of routine group. The clinical efficacy, classification and ranking criteria of hand-foot syndrome, neurotoxicity evaluation criteria and the incidence of complications were compared between groups. Compared with the total effective rate of the conventional group, the treatment efficiency of the experimental group has obvious data advantage, the data difference is large, and the comparison results adapt to the statistical significance standard (P < 0.05); before the intervention, there is no significant difference in neurotoxicity score and hand-foot syndrome classification data between the two groups, and the comparison results are meaningless. After the intervention, the neurotoxicity score and hand-foot syndrome classification of the experimental group had obvious data advantages compared with the conventional group, and the data had great differences, and the comparison results were in accordance with the statistical significance standard; the incidence of complications in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group (P<0.05). Rate has obvious data advantage, data difference is big, the comparison result adapts to the statistical significance standard (P<0.05). Capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer has a significant clinical effect, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, combined with effective nursing program can better improve the quality of prognosis of patients, it is worth popularizing.
