Apatinib is a new type of oral anti angiogenic drug, which can be used in the treatment of advanced gastric
cancer with chemotherapy failure or disease recurrence. This paper discusses the clinical effect of predictive
nursing combined with apatinib in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. The dosage of apatinib was reduced
to 250mg / D if the patient had grade 3-4 adverse reactions, and the adverse reactions were observed at the same
time. The results showed that the disease of 2 patients was partially relieved, the disease of 22 patients was
stable, and the disease of 28 patients progressed. The objective remission rate was 4% and the disease control
rate was 48%. Compared with AFP positive patients, the median progression free survival period of AFP
negative patients was longer, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Predictive nursing combined
with apatinib can effectively treat advanced gastric cancer patients with second-line or above treatment failure,
and can effectively control the disease of patients with better safety.
