The resistance rate of Streptococcus pneumoniae to the first-line drug β-lactam antibiotics for the treatment of
its infection continues to increase, and the resistance rate to macrolide antibiotics remains high for a long time.
The resistance rates of Streptococcus pneumoniae to β-lactam antibiotics penicillin, cefuroxime, ceftriaxone,
amoxicillin/clavulanic acid were significantly different. This paper analyzes the application of β-lactam
antibacterial drug management and electronic medical record management system in hospital management.
Beta-lactams and macrolide antibiotics are the drugs of choice for the treatment of pneumococcal infections. At
the same time, the electronic medical record management system uses advanced science and technology to
record medical records in the network information system to facilitate the management and use of medical
records, which is part of the hospital digital management system. Through the analysis of the advantages and
disadvantages of the electronic medical record management system in hospital management, the corresponding
countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to further improve the electronic medical record management
