This paper discusses the effect of systematic nursing combined with cyproterone acetate on the endocrine index and pregnancy rate of obese polycystic ovary syndrome. Ethinylestradiol has positive and negative feedback to hypothalamus and pituitary, which can effectively reduce LH secretion and androgen level. Metformin can reduce liver glycogenesis, promote the anaerobic glycolysis of the body, increase the utilization of glucose in peripheral tissues, and improve the level of glucose metabolism. The patients in the observation group received systematic nursing intervention, analyzed and compared the improvement of endocrine index and pregnancy rate in the two groups. The levels of follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, testosterone and insulin resistance index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the pregnancy rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Systemic nursing intervention can improve the endocrine index and pregnancy rate of infertility patients with obese polycystic ovary syndrome.
