Comparison of Clinical Effects of Dydrogestrone and Progesterone in the Treatment of Threatened Abortion

Abstract

To compare the effect of dydrogestrone and progesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion and the influence of dydrogestrone on the levels of serum sex hormone hCG, progesterone, estradiol (E2), progesterone (P) and Th1 / Th2 related cytokines IL-4, IL-10, IL-2, INF-γ. 140 patients with threatened abortion were randomly divided into two groups: group A (70 cases) and group B (70 cases). Group a received dydrogestrone and group B received progesterone. The hemodynamics, serum sex hormone hCG, progesterone, E2, P levels and Th1 / Th2 related cytokines IL-4, IL-10, IL-2, INF-γ were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. After treatment, PSV, EDV and RI of uterine spiral artery in group A were significantly better than those in group B (P < 0.05); the mean of serum β - hCG, progesterone, E2 and P water in group A was significantly higher than that in group B (P < 0.05); the level of IL-2 and INF-γ water in group A was significantly lower than that in group B (P < 0.05), while the level of IL-4 and IL-10 in group A was significantly higher than that in group B (P < 0.05); the effective rate of treatment in group A was 92.86%, The effective rate was 77.14% (P <0.05). Effect of dydrogestrone on threatened abortion is better than progesterone. Compared with progesterone, dydrogestrone treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and hemodynamic indexes of uterine spiral artery in patients with threatened abortion, and significantly regulate the levels of serum sex hormones and Th1 / Th2 inflammatory cytokines.
