Abstract

To investigate the treatment of cervical spine with Zero-P interbody fusion and intervertebral bone grafting in
single segment cervical disc disease. After the interventions, the overall treatment efficiency of the experimental
group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group. The data were quite different. The
comparison results met the statistical significance table (P<0.05). The pain scores of the experimental group and
the conventional group before the clinical intervention. There was no significant difference (P>0.05). After the
intervention, the pain scores of the experimental group were more prominent, and the data were very different.
The statistical significance table (P<0.05) had a large difference in the quality of life scores and satisfaction data
of the patients in the experimental group. The results of data comparison between groups were significantly
different, which met the statistical significance criteria (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the
neurological scores between the experimental group and the conventional group before the clinical intervention
(P>0.05). After intervention, the neurological function scores of the experimental group were significantly better
than those of the conventional group. The data were very different and met the statistical significance table
(P<0.05). The results of cervical-Zero-P interbody fusion and intervertebral bone grafting in the treatment of
single-segment cervical disc disease are obvious. The application value of cervical Zero-P interbody fusion is
outstanding and can be significantly improved. The patient's limb function, optimizing the quality of life, is
worth promoting.
