Value of Cystatin C and β2-microglobulin in the Diagnosis of early Renal Damage in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
To summarize the significance of cystatin C and β 2-microglobulin in the diagnosis of early renal damage in patients with acute cerebral infarction. The experimental group was acute cerebral infarction with early renal damage, and the conventional group was simple acute cerebral infarction. Cystatin C and β 2-microglobulin were detected and compared between the two groups. At the same time, according to the influencing factors of early renal damage, logistic regression analysis was carried out to summarize the correlation of risk factors. The data of BIM, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, bun and SCR in the experimental group were not significantly different from those in the conventional group, and the data of cystatin C, β 2 micro protein, HbA1c, Hcy and UA in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group, and the statistical standard was applicable to the comparative results (P < 0.05). With the existence of early renal failure as the dependent variable and many other indicators as the independent variables, the multivariate logistic regression analysis shows that UA, HbA1c, Hcy are directly related to the occurrence of early renal failure. It was found in the correlation analysis of cystatin C, β 2 micro protein and risk factors that cystatin C was positively correlated with β 2 micro protein and risk factors. Cystatin C and β 2-microglobulin have significant value in the diagnosis of early renal damage in patients with acute cerebral infarction. With the help of cystatin C and β 2-microglobulin, we can better detect and timely intervene the early renal damage in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and control the development of the disease in time. It has significant guiding significance for clinical early diagnosis, treatment scheme formulation and adjustment, disease monitoring, etc,righteousness is worth popularizing.
