Effect of Kidney-Tonifying and Blood-activating Therapy Combined with Letrozole on Serum Luteinizing Hormone and Testosterone in Infertile Women with Ovulation Disorder

Abstract

To observe the effect of Bushen Huoxue combined with letrozole on serum luteinizing hormone and testosterone in patients with ovulatory infertility. 90 cases of ovulation-disordered infertility diagnosed by obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from January to December 2016 were divided into 3 groups by random number table method, 30 cases in combination group were treated with Bushen Huoxue TCM combined with letrozole tablets; western medicine group 30 For example, the treatment with letrozole tablets; 30 patients in the Chinese medicine group were treated with Chinese medicine for invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation. Continuous treatment for 2 courses, a total of 6 menstrual cycles. The clinical treatment of the three groups of patients and the serum testosterone and luteinizing hormone levels were compared and analyzed. Compared with the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group, the luteinizing hormone (24.35±6.18) U/L and testosterone (1.69±0.30) nmol/L levels in the combined group of ovulatory infertility patients were significantly lower (P<0.05). The ovulation rate was 87.6% and the pregnancy rate was 63.3%, which was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 90.00%, which was significantly higher than the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group. (P<0.05). Bushen Huoxue combined with letrozole has a good clinical effect on patients with ovulatory infertility, which is better than the application of Bushen Huoxue therapy or letrozole.
