Abstract

To analyze the effect of enalapril maleate folate tablets on inflammatory factors, Hcy level and vascular
endothelial function in Zhuang population with H-type hypertension. 85 cases of H-type hypertension in Zhuang
population admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were divided into two groups according
to the random number table method. The control group (n = 90) was treated with indapamide tablets, and the
observation group (n = 95) was treated with enalapril maleate folate tablets. The inflammatory factors, serum
Hcy level, ambulatory blood pressure, vascular endothelial function and adverse reactions were compared
between the two groups. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in inflammatory factor level,
serum Hcy level, ambulatory blood pressure, ET-1 and no levels between the two groups (P > 0.05); after
treatment, the levels of IL-24 and no in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <
0.05), and the levels of hs CRP, Hcy and ET-1, ambulatory blood pressure and adverse reactions in the
observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Enalapril maleate folate tablets have a
significant effect on the treatment of H-type hypertension in Zhuang population. It can effectively improve the
level of inflammatory factors and Hcy, improve the vascular endothelial function of patients, and reduce the
incidence of adverse reactions. It is worthy of application.
