To analyze the application and effect of antibiotics in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The clinical data of 120
patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were
analyzed retrospectively, and the use of antibiotics was statistically analyzed. All 120 patients were treated with
antibiotics, the rate of use was 100%, the frequency of use was ornidazole, levofloxacin, Cefminox Sodium
Injection, etc. the average time of drug use was (5.15 ± 1.06) days, the time of prophylactic use of antibiotics ≥
2 days accounted for about 73.33% (88 / 120), the total incidence of postoperative infection was 8.33% (10 /
120), and the incidence of postoperative infection was 2.50% (3 / 120). In our hospital, antibiotics are basically
reasonable in perioperative period, but clinical supervision is still needed to avoid the risk of drug use.
