Abstract

To explore the clinical nursing effect of drug treatment on renal failure patients with renal anemia dialysis. All
patients were treated with the same medicine. The control group received routine nursing and the observation
group received comprehensive nursing. The renal function index, serum index, complication rate and curative
effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed. The level of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in the
observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); the level of serum albumin, ferritin and
total protein in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); the curative effect of
the observation group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in
the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The comprehensive nursing
intervention can effectively improve the degree of anemia and renal function, reduce the adverse reactions,
which is worth popularizing.
