Influence of Orthopedic Injury Control Concept on Coagulation Function and Therapeutic Effect in Patients with Unstable Pelvic Fracture
To explore the influence of orthopedic injury control concept on coagulation function and treatment effect of
unstable pelvic fracture combined with multiple fractures of limbs. According to the treatment methods of the
two groups of patients, they were divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 40 cases in
each group. The patients in the experimental group were treated under the guidance of orthopedic injury concept.
The coagulation function and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. The bleeding volume,
operation time, body temperature recovery time, lactate clearance time and callus time in the experimental group
were significantly better than those in the control group (P > 0.05). Compared with Pt, FIB, apt, TT and other
coagulation indexes of the two groups, the results showed that there was no significant difference between the
two groups before operation (P > 0.05); after operation, the indexes of the experimental group were significantly
better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The excellent and good rate of the experimental group was
87.50%, which was significantly better than that of the control group (60.00%). The concept of orthopedic
injury control has a certain promoting effect on the treatment of unstable pelvic fracture combined with multiple
fractures of extremities, which can effectively improve the coagulation function of patients, and improve the
excellent rate of patients' treatment, which is worth promoting and using.
